Overall in my opinion, I would not recommend Marvin Skipper for anything. He breaks items and does not fix it. he sends his children to do a mans work.

first off, this was a NIGHTMARE! And I hope this prevetns ANYONE else from using these people.
first off, we sold our home, and moved a few miles up the road to a new home. this home needed a lot of work, one thing that was important was a new kitchen and all new flooring.
first I did ask Marvin for an approximate amount the floors would cost me, he told me between $450.00 to $600.00WOW!!! When it was finished, it cost us more then TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS, and I myself had to put the last three pieces down because they did not show up when promised,
Well, we HAD to have the kitchen completed, so we allowed them to continue ..(yea, I know, it happens huh?) Well, the first day TWO people showed up, Marvin Skipper and his daughter Elisabeth. While putting in the sink cabinet, SHE decided it needed more room, and cut a HUGE hole right in the back of this cabinet...WOW! I was upset when I saw this, they saif they would fix it later. They left, we paid about $360.00
The next time they showed up the cabinet did not fit, and he WANTED to just cut on it, I said NO NO NO, send it back to the cabinet maker, and allow him to fix it. they left, we paid about four hundred dollars....Marvin Skipper fixed the bottom of the sink cabinet by putting a piece of wood over the cut his daughter made....AND MADE US PAY FOR IT!! (cost...$200.00)
they showed up one more time to put in the counter top...this was a piece we paid over 750.00 for. the child of his (James Skipper) actually cut it outside in a trailer, and BROKE IT when trying to bring it into the kitchen!!! THEN...THEN they tried to fix it...we paid them OVER $400.00 for the days work...we were NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!!
We called Marvin skipper, and we told him that we were very upset that they broke our counter top he blew it all off saying " well we didnt mean to break it, and we were working lower then we normally do, so we dont need to replace it"Anyways,,,PLEASE..PLEASE,,,,,PLEASE....STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AS YOU CAN!!!
