Roofing
Called the owner because the roofing crew did not adequately reset the pipes on the roof. The owner came out, looked at the pipes, and agreed that it was not done properly or up to his expectations. Within a few days, he sent a roofer out to finish the job correctly. It was completed to my satisfaction after the owner got involved. The owner appeared to want his customers to be happy with the work his crew does and it showed in my experience.
