 + 0 moreWe will not be using this company in the future. Even though they built the building and it is a good and sturdy built building, their service is HORRIBLE.
Description of Work: This company was notified to repair a beam outside a commercial building that they had previously built (1994). The initial call out was in February 2012. The estimator came and reviewed what needed to be done and gave an estimate. We paid him a down payment of 60% of total. He said that he would order the parts and get back with us. Well, 60 days later, we STILL have not heard from Morton Buildings. So, after contacting the company on 5/9/2012, we were told that the material to repair the post was in and that someone would be out soon to complete the job. I asked the representative if we could have perhaps a small discount for having to wait so long for the work to be performed but he refused.
