After trying mediation at the court house on the 24th of October as I was willing to pay for the time the workers had actually done some digging, Mr. Lumley refused to accept anything less than the 2500 dollars he was attempting to sue me for.  So we returned to the court room for the Judge to hear the case.

Mr. Lumley presented his verbal account of the situation and then I was asked to present mine.  I had prepared an itemized account of each days dealings with Mr. Lumely and the Judge asked to read it.  After she read it, she asked Mr. Lumley a few more questions and also asked me a few. 

She then made a decision to judge the case in favor of myself.  and that was it.  He was very upset, as he got nothing, not even the $210 dollars I was willing to give him.

I would not recommend this person for any type of concrete work. He has not tried to contact me. So Be It !

finished pouring, did not finish removing forms, homeowner hired son in law to do this taskbroke irrigation pipecrushed french drainnever came back to score the concrete to prevent crackshomeowner had to rent a concrete cutter and pay son to perform this task homeowner had to cut out 15 inch section of new concrete to repair french drain and run new irrigation pipe. job took more concrete than was estimated originally I have about $400 in repairs and labor costs and not finished yetStill have to repair fifteen inch by ten foot section that I cut out to make repairs.Robert will NOT return phone calls!!!!
