They charged us $3 for the last service. It was to replace a cellular phone. The other phone just quit working. My husband is an ER doctor and so he has to have his phone. They were very nice to work with in trying to figure out a way and getting it done in a really quick turnaround time so that he was not without. We changed over because we kept getting dropped calls. That situation has stopped. So, we're pleased with the coverage and the way it works.

It is expensive. I am still with them because I live in an area that is difficult to receive the signals, because of the hill and trees. Verizon has been good because they provide a better service for me with the internet than the other companies that were available for me; many of their signals don’t reach here. They are all too high in pricing. Their call-in help is excellent. I have talked to their people in many states, and every time I call, it is a different sate, and you don’t know where the call is going.
