A & B Construction And Roofing

It has been a nightmare. He used old flashing in valleys; did not place a ridge cap on the peaks at all; no asphalt caulking on any flashing, vents or on edges; shingles are blowing off; fascia not cut at proper and flashing not down in valleys allowing wind and rain to get under shingles. Decking that was to replaced remains with new shingles over rotted wood. The felt does not reach the flashing much less go under it as it should. Mr. Francis will not answer any phone calls (no voice mail or answering machine) or respond to any text messages. Mr. Francis presents himself as registered and insured/bonded. However, his registration had expired in June of 2012. He has taken all the money that was owed and will not fix or finish the job. This will cost another 6000.00 dollars to have another roofing company come in and make the roof right. Every roofing company we have spoken with are in awe of the exceptionally poor roof we paid at least 3000.00 dollars too much for. We have placed complaints with the BBB of Oklahoma City (which covers the Lawton area), the CIB (Construction Industry Board) and the Attorney Generals office in Oklahoma City, OK. No resolution in sight!!!!
