Arrogant, cocky personality. Made many mistakes initially because went to fast. Ultimately began name calling the homeowner when mistakes were communicated. Not recommended for a custom home.

Lio is so very knowledgeable in his expertise that he was able to communicate his procedure in a fashion we understood. He took time to explain what he was going to do and how he was to accomplish replumbing a 90+ year old house that has a very small craw space. He took on the task that no other plumber would touch because of the small crawl space. Initial contact with Initiative Plumbing and final job finish was less than a week (actual work was completed in one day as promised). This company has an awesome team that works efficiently and effectively. Iâ m very happy with my decision to have them replumb my childhood home. Again, thank you Initiative Plumbing, you did an awesome job! Keep up the GREAT work!!

He was so nice, did a great job is a space that was cramped, was honest, knowledgeable and he did what he could to save us money. We have already hired him to come back for a different repair!
