Called Roy Hayes because the stool was very wobbly, he came ought right away and fixed it. Mr. Hayes pointed out some roots which had grown around the old wax ring and rusted bolts. He was verykind and professional, fixed it and even wiped down the mess and took away the old parts leaving my bathroom as neat as when he first started.
