Eric(CEO/owner) and his father arrived on time, called to let us know they were coming.
Started the job immediately and were totally professional, explaining what they were doing as they went from room to room.
Finished product (our carpets, furniture, and tile and grout) looked almost new, and my wife and I both think noticeably better than after some of the other companies we've used in the past.
We would definitely use in the future -----in fact, they are coming back tomorrow to clean carpet in family room and to clean a couch..
