Steve Clark Painting

Mr. Clark did not get the job timely for us to move into our new place.   We were on a deadline and he assured us it would be done timely.  I brought him out to my existing home and advised him what paint I wanted him to use and had him run his hands over it to feel the finish I wanted. He did not use the products I specified but instead used what he chose to use against my wishes. i wanted a latex paint on the walls and a oil base on the woodwork and he painted it all with latex. I stopped him in the middle of the job and reminded him what paint he was supposed to do and he still continued to use the paint he preferred. When I questioned him about it again, he was rude to me on the phone and raised his voice to me and made accusations that I had made many changes which was not the case.  We discontinued his services and paid him for what he had done and had to get another painter to finish the job.  I would never use Mr. Clark again nor would I recommend him.
