They are on the TV and would say we have the best Internet around the country and that is a prock, that is all I can see. In fact when I call them, I do not call them anymore, I get vocal and loud, they stink and that is just clean it up rather well. I do not use them for cable. Unfortunately, here were I live at I am unable to get anybody else. I have a two year contract, so I am kind of sewed into them right now and it is going to cost me to get out of it, which it will be cheaper in the long run. I just do not have the money to get out of it right now. We are trying to sell our house, as soon as we sell the house, in another town I am going to get out of it, but I cannot get out of it until I sell the house. So I have to keep paying them their fee. They want me to bump up to go to the G4, which I think is the new thing and I told the person who told me that, why would I want to bump up and pay you more money if I am not happy with you. I do not see any sense in doing that, I do not like you now what makes you think that I would pay you more money and still be unsatisfied.
Description of Work: HughesNet are my Internet service providers. I would never recommend them to anyone, because it is a horrible net service. I would like to give them an "F" in this area, because it is horrible. When it rains or any kind any change in the weather and you cannot get on the Internet. They just really have been a really really poor Internet provider as far as I am concerned.
