After several attempts to put the tile on the floor straight, I fired the company and gave Will 24 hours to remove all of his tools from the home. He refused to leave. I had to sue him in Small Claims Court. I won. He had destroyed the tile I had bought by using concrete on a concrete floor. I still have the ruined tile as evidence. I was awarded a pittance of what he owed me since I had written a check to his company for $2325.00 plus the cost of the tile and adhesive. He hired a total stranger from off the street to do the tile job. That man admitted to me that he had never done a tile job on his own before working at my house. It was a horrible experience and soon after, I decided to sell the house rather than live next door to such a belligerent former employee.
Description of Work: He was hired to put tile on a concrete floor of my Mother's house. I had already bought the tile and the adhesive. There were three pages of obligations for the company to complete.

He was a crook, he had been in prison. He was convincing me he could do a really good job. They did such a bad job of the work that I ended up selling the house. They did about a 1/3 of the sanding/painting of the porch. They used quick-set concrete so the tile didn't stick to the breezeway floor. I was able to go back and pull the tile up by hand and it wasn't even. This took more than a month for him to do the floor. I had to have it all taken back up. They ruined the floor and the tile. I sold the home at a loss. Tim Call was the one who did the tile but apparently had no experience.
Description of Work: They did sanding of the exterior porch and it needed to be repainted. They were supposed to repair my flooring from my breezeway.
