The subject of piers was a new learning experience for me. I leaned heavily on the reviews the company had received. I hired Mike to place the number of piers he estimated I needed. In fact I told him to add one pier after I saw how and where they were being installed. Based on what I learned from other people, the cost of the work was reasonable. The two things that were important to me was that Mike did what he agreed to do when he said he would and also his Lifetime Transferable Warranty.

The experience was excellent. The guy was the owner and I guess he had two or three helpers there. I think they used steel piers as opposed to the concrete kind. It took about six hours for them to do it.

Michael came out to my home for foundation repair services. From the initial phone call he was very courteous and knowledgable regarding his specialty. He was on time to the appointment and kept me informed throughout the day on the progress of the job. When I returned home after work I noticed an immediate difference and that my floor looked much more even. He did a great job on my 110yr old home and the price was also very fair. I have already referred him to a co-worker and will use his company if I ever need foundation services again.
