He called when he was on the way to my home saying it'd be 20 minutes and he was here on time. He spent a total of 75 minutes on site and explained what he was doing as he was doing it. He was recommended by a family member and I am so pleased that he is now the only heat and a/c man I want to use. In the past I've used large companies and was never happy with the cost although the service was generally good. With Mr. McIntire the costs were very reasonable.
