Jeff drove all the way from his hometown of Newcastle to repair a damaged air conditioner at one of my estate sales. As it turns out, the system couldn't be made functional lest (!!!) the house burned down as a result. (Bad, bad, dated wiring.) Jeff explained the situation to me very carefully, and showed me why it was that the system couldn't be fixed without many thousands of dollars in repairs that would take -- at best -- over a week's time, or more. I appreciated his honesty and candor, and was then able to explain to my client why what we had thought was to be a minor repair ended up being quite the opposite. Major kudos to Eagle Electric for its thoroughness, thoughtfulness, and kindness. (They met us early in the morning, and on the fly, no less!)
