Z Auto got me in within a day or three. Found the problem, repaired it, showed me the parts replaced. Only took a day, once parts got in. Very pleasant to do business with. No nonsense. Good job. What else do you need?

Perfect. Z Auto says what they mean and mean what they say. Sometimes, rarely, the wait list gets long, but to me that is evidence of other people and their satisfaction. We always get a spot on time and cost estimate.

Excellent as always. Z Automotive is one of those small business and quot;plumsand quot; that are so hard to find. They do it right the first time and every time. Just 2 Guys - the owner John Zito, and 1 mechanic. Allows personalized service and great communications. The owner gets to see everything since those two act as a superb team, both working as mechanics.

There are only two that do service and repair on my two Nissan Maximas: Me and Z-Automotive.

Great as usual. I've been using John Zito (Z-Automotive) for about 10 years, and won't let anyone else touch our two Nissan Maximas. That's in spite of the fact he is located across the city from me, and ferrying in our vehicles for service is a hassle. Charges are always very reasonable, great bang for the buck. They always deal honestly and professionally. Work is always of the highest quality, and they have successfully repaired some very very tough problems. He probably saved me from Sueing a Nissan dealership over an air conditioning problem where the dealership wanted to replace everything in the A/C system for $1500 worth of work would that would not have solved the problem. John Zito figured out real problem and fixed it inexpensively. If you need auto service, try them out. You have a screw loose somewhere if you don't.
