They have Zumba classes, but I don't attend any of them. I just use their walking machine, but my daughter uses some more of their weight equipment and the walking machines. What stands out is their space and their working machines.

It is a pretty good place and good value for your money but it is kind of small. The staff is really helpful. The equipments are little older. They have swimming classes for my daughter in the summer.

They've got your basic workout for cardio, treadmills, bicycles and stuff. Also, they have a wait room with machines in there. I've been using a personal trainer, Gregory since January, and it was actually a gift from my son. I pay for my membership, and personal trainer is an additional pay. Everybody is extremely friendly and nice. I never would have thought I would be in the condition I'm in now. I got some improvements. In fact, I just signed up for 12 more sessions today.
