WILCO GUTTERING & WATER CONTRL

I told the scheduler that I wanted a heads up when someone was coming out to write an estimate on cleaning the gutters on the back half of our house. The reason i wanted to be here was because we don't have any big trees or anything that would tend to clog gutters and I wanted to point out where I noticed water not draining properly. Well, I did get a call, but I was unable to take it. Got home about 20 minutes later and the guy had already left me an estimate on the door. Quoted me over $1250 just to clean the gutters on the back half of my house. I called and asked why and he said it was because part of the house was really high. It's true that about 1/3 of the back is 2-story, and the other 2/3 is 1 story. Either way, the price was insane. The guy I spoke to immediately dropped the price to $900. I told him that was still crazy and explained to him that I was really only having trouble with one area and how much would it cost to clean out just that area. He said he would call back with a new estimate. Never called.
I had another gutter guy out there shortly thereafter. He quickly diagnosed the problem and charged me $150 to fix it. Also included repairing a portion of gutter that my dog had chewed on. I feel like Wilco either didn't want to do the job or thought we would be willing to pay an outrageous price just because our house looks expensive.

They responded quickly and took care of my concerns after the job was done and paid for.

Replaced 32 ft of guttering and a couple of downspouts. Fast and quality work.

Work was performed as described. Very punctual and professional as well as detail oriented. Job was completed timely and work is solid.

I can't make a comment about the quality of their work. I can comment on their customer service which was sorely lacking. The representative agreed to meet me at a time and day to provide an estimate for new gutters, then didn't show up or even return my call. If the job was too small or whatever the case is - just tell me at the start and don't waste my time.

They came out and surveyed the existing guttering, then provided a written estimate. The crew came out when scheduled and promptly and professionally did the work. They even matched the old guttering's color. Their fee was identical to the original estimate. They even returned at no extra cost to correct something minor that that had been overlooked in the original work.

Wilco was very professional. They showed up when they were supposed to and did a great job! We get compliments on our guttering quite frequently. We would definitely use them again and have referred them to others.

Came when they said they would and would have finished on time if we had not had a huge rain storm. Came back a day later and finished. Picked up all the old gutters etc. and carried them off. Very good job.

They were hampered a bit when my dog jumped in their hole to try to bury a chicken leg. Seriously, they were professional, left color samples, efficient and did a great job on an old house.

They were very professional, were prompt and did the work as promised. I had gotten two other bids and his was the lowest. They were clean, did good work, I recommend them to anyone.

AS FAR AS I CAN TELL THEY DID A GREAT JOB. OUR GUTTERS HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH CATCHING THE RAIN AND DRAINING IT ONTO THE STREETS. THEY MATCH THE HOUSE WELL AND WERE INSTALLED VERY NICELY.

THE GUTTERS THEY PUT IN WORK A LOT BETTER THAN MY OLD ONES. THEY HAD THE BEST PRICE OF ALL OF THE COMPANIES THAT I CALLED. THEY CONDUCTED THEMSELVES IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. THEIR SERVICE WAS GREAT.
