THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL IN MANNER AS WELL AS COURTEOUS. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN COMPUTER HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE. THEY DID A TERRIFIC JOB CONSIDERING THEY STARTED WITH AN EMPTY SHELL.
