They determined the only termite activity was in a damaged tree stump, treated that area, and installed bait traps near trees and surrounding my home. The price was very reasonable, they were very punctual, and provided me with a detailed report both when the work was done and then when they came back to check the bait stations. I would definitely hire them again for any pest control needs.

Purchased a Groupon for the first service and easily scheduled the treatment right away. The contractor was running about 10 minutes late and called me to tell me. He showed up almost exactly 10 minutes later and went right to work spraying the inside and outside. At the end of the treatment, I signed up for a treatment every 3 months for less $ than the and quot;other guysand quot;. I can call and have them come out at any time between regular treatments too! I would definitely recommend West!

I am very pleased with the service I have received from West Termite and Pest Management. I had a horrible bug problem before they came out to treat and after only two treatments (4 months) I can honestly say my house is bug free! When they came out for the initial treatment, they gave a very thorough explaination of what they did and what would happen over the next few weeks. I paid for a full year of service to get the slight discount that they offer, and they call me quarterly to schedule my next treatment. Very friendly staff and seems like a reasonable price to me.

I've been using them for about a year and they come out every three months. I don't have any bugs after I've used them. They are nice people. They are prompt and they are here when they say they are going to be here.

I was having trouble with wasps and I had an ant invasion that I wanted to make sure weren't termites. They were hear a short time. It worked. It wasn't smelly, they didn't have to take up anything, I didn't have to rearrange anything. With my wasp problem, there wasn't any visible nests. I'd just end up with these wasps in my house. I have noticed that since they've sprayed, and he said that I'd notice a whole bunch of activity, but don't worry about it, where the ants came in, they were dead. And when the wasps came in, they would drop dead. No longer are they flying around the house, which is really good. Also, I have a new granddaughter, and I said, listen, I'm not sure about this spraying, she's going to be here in a couple of weeks, and he said, doesn't make any difference. He said that we do not put anything down that would be toxic to children. You can call them any time during the year if you have their plan. They have a different plan for termites. They're pretty good, I'm impressed. I thought they were knowledgeable, I thought they were personable and I felt like I could trust them. They did a good job. I don't know if they're As yet, because I have only had the treatment for a little over a week.
