Our computer does not show any work completed for this date THREE years ago as stated in this review. We have not done work for a [removed member name] nor any work at such address. It went rather well. I communicated with the provider on multiple occasions before the work was performed. He was very professional and happy to answer my MANY questions about the work. The team showed up to remove the tree with a large crew, 6-8 people, and removed a tree and ground out the stump within a matter of 5-6 hours! The team worked very quickly and I was very pleased with the result. The only concern I had was that the equipment they used tore up my lawn a bit, but we've replanted the grass and everything looks great. And the cost was phenomenal!

The crew was very polite and did an excellent job. However, there was no communication with me regarding when they were coming or when the owner was coming to give me an estimate. He showed up at my door late one evening without calling first. The crew also showed up without calling regarding time or date of their arrival. I just happened to be at home when they came. This is important because I needed to talk to them about what I wanted done.

I called for an estimate and Tim Nall came the next day. He was professional and I thought the fees were entirely reasonable. We made an appointment for that same week. His crew came, did the work exactly as I had asked and removed all of the resulting debris. It could not have been a better experience.

A two-man crew came out. One scaled the trees and cut branches from the interior of the canopy to open it up so that the trees could fill out properly. They cleaned up everything they cut plus a few branches that were already on the ground. They are insured, and a certified Arborist manages all work that is done.
We were very pleased with the job, and the trees look great now that they have and quot;greened upand quot; for the spring.

My parents have used their services for several years and I started using them last year. It went great! They do have higher prices, but you get what you pay for. They are very educated, informative and they do a great job!

Perfect really. They had a cherry picker and a crane. The tree was very large and they just really did an excellent job. I would use them again even though they were a little higher in price

It could not have gone better. I called for an estimate and Tim Nall called me back that day and met me at my house so that I could show him the work that needed to be done. He sent me a written estimate two days later and his crew did the pruning within of a week of the time I first spoke to him. I was extremely pleased with all aspects of the service and would recommend this company to anyone needing tree service. Tim is a certified arborist and a registered forester and the work his company did was excellent.

We found We B Trees to be professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We chose this company because they are certified arborists and we didn't want the trees just cut. They arrived on time, had good equipment and were neat and clean. They advised us of their plans in advance. All branches and debris were cleaned up and taken away. We were advised several times to call them if there were any questions about the work.
