Judy and Jason did an excellent job! They arrived on time and worked extremely hard. I was ready to purchase new furniture thinking the fabrics had worn out, but no! It was grey powdery residue left from previous Chem cleaning! My furniture and rugs look brand new and I couldn't be more pleased! I asked for and received an estimate on my upstairs. No hard sell! I will use them again!

These folks are fantastic. I have used them for years and received such great service, I wouldn't use anyone else. They use only the best products and really take the time to do a good job. The guys who came were so polite and professional. They took the time to explain what type of carpet I had, and after cleaning it went through every room with me to make sure I was satisfied. They also talked to me about carpet wearing and offered to come again to redo any spots that needed a second shot.

I though the guy was kidding but sure enough the owner called me that very evening to make sure everything went well. He wanted to make sure the carpets were drying well and also offered to bring fans if I wanted them. I mentioned that a pathway and the stairs looked a little more worn than I would have liked and he told me he would have his guys come back at my convenience to look at it and retouch it if necessary. Sure enough, the guys came as scheduled and redid the stairs and that pathways. No extra charge.

When the guy left, he said if I had a spot or two in the future that needed cleaning, just to give them a call. He said if they were in the area, they would just pop in and clean it as a courtesy. No kidding. These people know what it takes to stay in business and this courtesy and and quot;going the extra mileand quot; just doesn't seem to be found anywhere anymore. This is why I would NEVER use anyone else. No rush job here, just good hard working folks who want to go more than the extra mile.

THEY ARE SO NICE TO ME WHEN THEY COME OUT. THEY TAKE TIME AND MOVE MY FURNITURE TO GET TO THE HARD TO REACH PLACES. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THEM, AND I WILL NEVER CHANGE TO ANY OTHER COMPANY.
