I had investment property to rent and went through Angie's List to find a responsible property manager. Vicki was very cordial and despite the thousands of times she has introduced others to her services, she spoke with us like we were one of her top 10 client list. Vicki completes her obligations in a timely manner and offers new owners an added benefit as a sounding board and coach for handling situations and maintenance needs. She has carved her business out of years of experience and market area research.
At this point I doubt anyone could present me with a business case as to why we would not have Vicki handle our investment property. She's that good and a straight shooter when it comes to keeping her end of business obligations. I always call Angie's List for real help. I ask for the top 3 performers for a particular service and have not been disappointed once. I don't want a free version of Angie's List. They know what their doing, do it right and earn my loyalty as a Customer. I never have to second guess about anyone trying to promote a retailer or a product so they can bring to me a "free" service- no thanks. I've heard the "no strings" sales pitch many times before. Nothing is free in the end so why not buy the best at an affordable price?
