Dr. Kunzweiler performed emergency surgery on our collie mix last year for bladder stones. Her professionalism and expertise so impressed us that we continue to use this service. They are a bit pricey, but the knowledge and caring displayed are so important when your pet is ill. It is also obvious that the ancillary staff are very knowledgeable and caring as well. The whole nerve-wrecking experience was made tolerable by their kindness.

We started using her service because the previous year my daughter's dog had been ill for awhile and when the determination was made to put the dog down, it was done in such a kind and gentle way that allowed us to grieve and stay with him until we were ready to leave. The flowers and sympathy card sent to my daughter were so much appreciated.

We will continue to use this service. Despite the cost, it truly is "you get what you pay for".

Dr Caruso is wonderful and caring. She is totally professional with the dog's owner and kind with the dog.  She does not sugar-coat diagnoses, but tells the owner exactly what is going on with their pet and what to expect in terms of symptoms, behaviors and costs.

It was really good. Everything worked well. I don't have any complaints. The price was competitive.

I just cannot say enough about Dr. Suzanne Caruso with Vet Associates. I began taking my elderly dog there and after my 1st visit, I knew Dr. Caruso was the vet I'd been searching for. My dog had many health issues toward the end of his life and each time I would bring him in, (driving about 20 miles round trip from Broken Arrow!) Dr. Caruso's kind, genuine demeanor and determination to get to the root of the problem, would always help me feel more assured and that my dog was in good hands. I think we all love our pets like they are our children. It's so important to find a vet that is not only fair in pricing, doesn't try to "upsell" you on products and services that your pet doesn't need, and also has a good bedside manner and truly cares about your pet and has the skills necessary to treat them properly. As my dog's health deteriorated, he suffered from heatstroke. I will never forget the day we rushed him across town and I stood there and watched Dr. Caruso revive my dog before my very eyes. I eventually had to make the extremely difficult decision to put my sweet Chazz down (brain tumor) and Dr. Caruso's kindness and professionalism helped me through this, which made all the difference in the world to me. Their office even sent flowers to my home afterward to express their condolences! Dr. Caruso - you are a gem and I thank you from the bottom of my heart and will never forget you!

They are wonderful and they understand both animal and human. They seem to go the extra mile with you. We have a 17-year-old dog. When she was sent for an exam, the vet noticed something in her eyes that she didn’t like and felt it might be out of her area of expertise. Therefore, she set us up with Oklahoma State University Veterinary School. Fortunately, it turned out to be nothing, but we appreciated her concern. I've used their grooming service and it's good as well.

I like to go to them because they actually slot 30 minutes for my visit.  They are willing to address any problems that I my pet is having like behavior problems along with health.  They are pricey than other vets but they give me a full 30 minutes.

Dr. Harl and the other veterinarians are first-rate. They explain what they do, are available on short notice, show a lot of care for our pets, and provide first-rate medical care. We were very impressed with the surgery Dr. Smith did on our dog's two knees. The care is not inexpensive, but it is also not unreasonable. We get the high quality that we pay for.

I have a mature miniature schnauzer named Sugar that requires sedation during grooming. Prior to her first grooming, Doctor Harl did a thorough examination including blood work to identify any problems and to best determine what method of sedation should be used. Sugar has had two groomings now and we are completely satisfied with Dr Harl and the grooming staff. I would encourage anyone to use the services of Veterinary Associates.

Dr. Kunzweiler is absolutely outstanding; she always has been. I've had this dog for 8 years, and they've been his doctor the whole time. They do great for just normal physicals, and more severe upper respiratory stuff as well. The scariest by far was when my 18-week old puppy jumped out of my car - and under the back wheels of my car!!!  I was terrified. Dr Smith and Dr Kunzweiler treated him immediately for shock, x-rayed his little puppy body, and kept him in the observation kennel so that he was always in sight. They've called me at home just to check on him, kept me apprised on everything they were doing, and let me make informed decisions.
They do have grooming and boarding here. I would never board my dog anywhere, just because I have a ton of family that would love to love on their "granddog" and it would physically kill me to leave him somewhere where people aren't always around. If you have a cat or a small dog, they do tons of playtimes, and always give each pet the biggest space they possibly can. My pup is now 100lbs, and he's not used to being kenneled.
These guys treat you like family. There are clients that have been there for 20 years or more, and the clinic has treated 9-10 dogs. Thanks to my husband being in the military, we have moved several times. We still drive over an hour to get to appointments, and I do it gladly!!

We've been very pleased with the service, we've been going there for 2 years with our dog.  They have really good hours, they are open early until late and on Saturdays.  We don't always see the same person, they are very sweet toward our dog.  The main reason we went there is because they took Care Credit credit card and we can drop in for shots without making an appointment.  It's a little out of our way but there weren't many places that took Care Credit.  Despite that we've been happy with them.

The appointment went fine; the cat had the usual apprehension about being put in the carrier and driven somewhere in the car - but was treated with care and kindness.

First time using this vet. The staff were wooden. I had three dogs and no offer of assistance to get back to the examination office. The exam room (and the whole area beyond the waiting area) smelled. The vet was polite and examined my one dog decently. However, I tried to get one test performed and felt it was blown off even though my dog had issues in the past 6 months. I brought my other two dogs for a 6-month vaccine and have their nails cut. I didn't feel that any of the nail cuts were that great. I asked to buy flea control and heart worm medicine. While I agree with the Vet on what she recommended, I could not believe just how high the price was that the Clinic charged. When I went up to check-out, again the staff was wooden. I tried to inquire about boarding, but they blew it off even though I asked twice. For what I had done and the medicine I bought, I was almost outraged about the cost (I use to live in KC and my vet there, who was on the high side, was less than this vet - and I had another vet in Tulsa who was very good and did not charge anything like this Clinic did). I had a heart worm test run on my dog that was having her annual exam. I could not believe that it took three days to get the result. Again, the last two vets I used never took more than a day to get the results to me. While the vet was nice and seemed decent, my overall experience was very disappointing. Some of the work was sub-par, some work and questions were just not addressed though I brought them up more than once, the staff were wooden (not impolite, but not friendly) and no one was really helpful in the fact that I had three energetic dogs and could use assistance in getting them to and from the exam room.
