All went very well. The crew was on time and very professional. They explained what and why they were doing things, cleaned up and smiled the whole time.

Our foundations started to buckle and because no one could put piers on the inside of the house, Uretek came out and drilled 22 1/2 inch holes and lifted the house about 1 1/2 inches. Now, the doors close and the cracks in the walls are filled.

UriTek was were very prompt and professional and they were able to quickly create a map of the area that had settled showing the varying drops in 1/10and quot; increments over the effected area. At the lowest point, the foundation had dropped .9 inches. They were able to raise the foundation with expanding foam; there were no cables, jacks, or mud. When they tested the soil they found it was too wet and we had to wait several months for the soil to dry out or they would have had to use more of the foam product to raise the foundation. It was nice that they were honest enough to tell us that and not waste time or money attempting to raise the house with extra foam product and extra money. After several months, when the soil dried out, we scheduled them to come back out to raise the foundation. It took a couple of months to get on their calendar to have the work done. Apparently the drought had very much backlogged. Once they came out, they only had to drill a few holes about the size of a penny, inject the foam, and the foundation raised up. They say they can control the lift iby 1/10th inch increments. The work was done in January and we have not had any problems over the last 2.5 months. The doors still freely open and there is no sign of the fondation sagging. They completed the whole job in just about 2 - 3 hours and you can't tell where they drllled the holes. In the carpeted area, they cut a V in the carpet, drilled the hole, plugged the hole, and glued the carpet back down. Once the carpet is glued back down you can see where they cut it. If they have to drill through tile where it can be seen, you will have to replace the tiles. Luckily they were able to drill all the holes where you can't see them. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others. With as busy as they are fixing foundations in OKC, it's hard to believe they aren't getting more reviews on Angie's List. I gave them a and quot;Band quot; on responsivenss, but I guess you could consider this a good thing, since they were so busy they are unable to be responsive. I'll bet a lot of business would like to have the same problem! After the work was done, they did a great job cleaning up the site. Excellent job!
