 + -1 moreThought I was buying a new 17" Dell monitor thru Walmart for $79.99, but no, I got scammed by Upcycle Technology Foundation that sent me a 80's Dell monitor with a damaged screen including a hole. Do not buy from this company. They refuse to provide me a refund.
