Universal Electric was reasonably priced, prompt and meticulous in their work. The owner quickly responded to my Angie's List request and gave me a free quote. You simply can't go wrong with their work. Highly recommend.

The experience was great.

Arrived on time.  They came prepared with everything they needed.  They arrived at 0800 and were finished before noon.  They cleaned up the mess and left the kitchen clean.  They cleaned the cabinets and the floor.  It was cleaner after they left then before they arrived.  Would definitely use them again.

WORST PLUMBERS EVER!!! Luckily they are great electricians. They laughed at my jokes. Consulted with me via text and made great suggestions. Even provided some advice on a few DIY projects I have coming up. They even came in under the original estimate they quoted me. MOST IMPORTANTLY they showed up when they said they would and made sure I was satisfied with their work.

I use them for my needs in both of my homes as well as my several other rental properties. It went perfect. I've never had a problem with them. They have always been very reasonable with cost. I had to have my motor replaced. They came right out and got it fixed. It was cold and he got it done right away so I would not be without heat.

My air conditioner went out and I was having my friend install the motor for me. He got to the wiring part of it and couldn't get it figured out. A friend sent me Jason's info to contact him for help. He answered my call right away, took 10 min to walk my friend through the wiring and it worked!! He even called back after and made sure everything was running fine. Very nice, polite guy. I would recommend him to anyone.

went great . Showed up early and did the work quickly and efficiently. no problems. when the coil started leaking they came back promptly and repaired it.

The air conditioner went out after a blackout during an evening storm in late July and was only blowing room temperature air through the house. We called in the morning and he was able to arrive early that afternoon to inspect the problem (for which I am grateful, especially since I'm sure he had a busy work schedule). He quickly found the issue (the air compressor was not turning on due to a burnt wire) and was able to make the necessary repairs with out any problems. We have used Universal Electric for several maintenance issues in the past and they have always been courteous and prompt. I will definitely continue to call them first whenever a problem presents itself. Highly recommended.

Jason arrived at the agreed upon time. Looked over the project and gave me an reasonable estimate. I agreed and he went to purchase some needed hardware and returned and worked straight thru to completion. His final bill pretty much matched his estimate. His work was thorough, complete and priced reasonably. I would recommend him and will use him again.

My ceiling is a recessed original when the house was built in 1980. The eggcrate was broken and it was time to update. He removed the flourescent lights and replaced them with can lights. They completed the job in one day and cleaned up after themselves. They did an excellent job. I am extremely happy with the job. I would hire them again. They are my first choice for electrical work for my home and residential rental property.

He came out on a Saturday and replaced a ballast in my kitchen light fixture. He had to go and get the part and return. He gave a free estimate and did not charge me over time for a weekend service call. I will definately call him again.
