We didn't get that far to deal with them. I wanted to look at houses that they had on displayed. I went in and they priced it. That was the end of it. The man was kind of rude. We went in with them, and we were going to go with them, even though they were kind of high. We went in for an loan application, and then I got online. I got a little worried, and read some bad comments. I called him, and to hold up a little while. I was worried about them. They are in seventeen states. He said, if you don't trust me, I don't want to build an house for you. He should have said, he had references, and none of that applied to me. I thought he would do that. He got mad, he had been in this business for twenty years, and didn't trust him. I thought, my goodness, I tried to calm him down. I told him it wasn't about you, it was about the central office in Louisiana. I was trying to pacify the man. He was mad at me for not trusting him, because I read some bad comments online. He should have said let me give you some references. When you deal with them, you deal with the local company, and the people who sales the products. He is step one, he isn't the one who will build the house, he is the salesman. I have had bad things happen before in a big way. After that, I looked somewhere else. I found the better price, and the better concept. I was sold.
