Description of Work: I wish I could give an even lower than failing grade to this company! I was referred to this company by Craters & Freighters of Tulsa, whom I hired to ship fine art (26 original paintings by various artists) from one home to another. They had to subcontract out the packing of my art to Two Men and a Truck, who they assured me were very experienced in proper packing of fine art. The art was packed by the Two Men and a Truck people, then transported by them to Tulsa, where Craters & Freighters did the crating & final shipping. Unfortunately I was very busy when the packing was done, & I was not able to watch what they did every minute. Upon white-glove delivery of the art to the 2nd home, we discovered that the Tulsa packers had taped packing tape directly to the backs of several expensively framed paintings, so that when the tape was removed, the special paper backs of the frames were torn by multiple strips of tape, in some cases leaving gaping holes. But worst of all, they had wrapped packing paper directly on the surface of a large oil-on-canvas painting; as oil painting is never completely "dry," this resulted in the packing paper sticking to & "melting into" the surface of the painting in numerous areas! Many of those paper areas I am afraid to even try to remove, for fear of destroying this $4K painting! When I asked Two Men and a Truck (Justin) for remediation of this travesty, they offered me $.60 per pound on the damaged pieces!! (Fortunately my home owners insurance VPP rider will cover some of this damage!) In short, THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE LEGALLY ALLOWED TO DO THIS KIND OF BUSINESS! KW, Fayetteville, AR
