It took months for them to fix problems and some issues never got fixed. I am very disappointed!

"So sorry you feel that way. You certainly did not express that to us the last time we were out to fix your liner. As you know, it is a bit deceptive to say it took several months to repair when we all agreed to wait until after swim season to repair a wrinkle since it would involve draining the pool. At that time, we changed out you valves on your equipment at no charge in a show of good faith. But, perhaps you forgot. Let us know if we can fix what you are not satisfied with. Dan and Fred are highly professional and know exactly what they are doing. From the moment I agreed to have them replace my inground 20x40 vinyl pool, I never once wondered if I had made a mistake. The communication was exemplary. Throughout the process, from measuring to ordering to installation to refilling and restarting the pump, they kept me informed of what was happening, when it was happening, and why something was done a certain way. They were extremely responsive to my texts or phone calls. Our pool looks great and I highly recommend Tulsa Pool Whisperer!

We called Dan initially to replace an above ground pool liner & to change out our sand in filter. Dan was very honest & he suggested to hold off in replacing liner due to it only being faded. We had the sand replaced & they built a platform for the filter to sit on. Very reliable and price was very fair.

Vinyl Liner for Swimming Pool Replacement
Communication and responsiveness is a huge problem. They replaced a vinyl liner in our in-ground swimming pool on 5/16/18 and and the new liner has been leaking ever since. They have not responded timely to numerous requests to fix the leak. Say they will show up and don't show up for several days. The old liner was not leaking. Never had a problem with this pool in 13yrs, now we are unable to use our pool and have file a complaint with the BBB.
