Arrived within the estimated time. Repaired the deadbolt which required going to a near-by distributor for the parts-here's the real kicker
-because Tulsa Lock and Key does a large volume of business with the distributor they did not charge for the parts and Tulsa Lock andKey did not charge me. This kind of honesty is not the norm-but I have become to expect this from Tulsa Lock and Key.
