The purchase turned out bad but it was not the providers fault. The provided used ceramic putty  when he should have used silicon to fill up a crack in his shower stall.  One month later, it was cracked again. The provider was very courteous. He did the best that he could with the materials that he had to use.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were there for the one day and did a lot of work for that. They couldn't quite do all of it and they were supposed to come back and do the rest and I didn't expect them to do the rest for the same price but I thought that was clear with him that they were supposed to come back and they never did. They thought it was a bigger deal. I was willing to pay him more. I was happy with what they did and I wanted them to do more but they didn't come back.

I had a huge crack between the tile and the tub and he came in and filled it and fixed it. He was really professional in everything. He got rid of some old caulking.

Tulsa Ceramics called to schedule an appointment after I puchased the Angie's List Big Deal. I needed the moldy, cracked caulking around our bathtub removed and replaced. The work took less than two hours and the serviceman was punctual, courteous and left the bathroom tidy.

overall, the visit started very well. the representative was polite, very comfortable talking with me (which i appreciated) and provided some insights into the process. the work done in the shower area was fine from the perspective of replacement of the 'breaking grout' with fresh white grout. the kitchen process should have been skipped, as nothing was accomplished in the quick 'hit and run' attack on the caulk around the sink. the employee should have been upfront and honest in saying that he did not have time and would have to schedule more time to do that... which i would have been happy to pay for.
from my perspective, the whole purpose of using these angie's list specials is to find local contractors who can do what is expected. if they do, they should expect that they will receive a call-back for more, larger work projects.

Did an excellent job.  My advice would be to always keep samples or at least know the color and type of your tile grout.

Had a hard time getting in touch with Paul Jenkins to schedule a time.  He is a firefighter and takes care of his tile business on his days off.  When we finally connected, one of his employees was out within a day.  He was very polite, did his job and then asked me to inspect his work before he finished and cleaned up. I have no complaints about the work and would definitely hire Tulsa Ceramics again.

The company was prompt to respond to the work request and worked me in quickly. This was a small job. It took almost the 3 hours of the offered deal, this one of the specials offered thru Angie's List. The tech seemed very knowledgeable and skilled. Before he started he checked the area for any problems that might need addressed before he started and as there were not any he started right away. He did a good job of removing the problem areas and cleaning them. The caulking job was very good. When he finished the grout looked good, but was two different shades in different areas. When he asked me how it looked, I thought that it was probably okay because it looked like it was drying at different rates is different areas. After he left, for the next day or so it seemed like it was all drying to the same shade except for a few lines of grout in differnet areas. I then called the company and was told that they would sent someone out to look at it. A few days later they called and wanted to come at a time that I had an appointment I could not change. I called again later and they talked to me about it over the phone and said they did not understand how the problem could have occured, but they would sent someone later. They never called back. I called and left messages for about a month, but they never returned my calls again. I guess my job was just too small to deal with. It has been 5 months and the shading problem is still there, but the caulk and grout are intack and doing a good job.

Recently moved into a new home and the bathrooms/kitchen needed some grout and caulk repair. Took advantage of an Angie's Deal offered by Tulsa Ceramics and was pleased with the amount of work I was able to get done for the price, and their ability to match the existing grout for all but one bathroom. I will use them again.

Great response from them and then they worked with our schedule. Only negative was on the day of the service they came about 2 hours late due to scheduling issue. But the service was well worth the wait.

It may have taken leaving 3 messages before I got a response from the office, but the tech who made the site visit made up for the frustrating beginning.  He was professional, clean-cut, polite and friendly, very knowledgeable about his trade, stayed with the project, and went above and beyond in bringing the grout work around my bathrub (this was previously a rental property for 10 years) up to a very nice, finished look.  He was kind enough to even treat behind the tub surround with bleach spray for any possible mold or mildew issues that may have taken hold as a result of the home-done repairs over the years.  I am thoroughly impressed with the workmanship.

.We had a small area in the kitchen that needed to be retiled after the new granite counter tops were put in. I contacted several tile installers and Tulsa Ceramics was the only company that returned my call in a reasonable time frame. He was very professional, informative and helpful. He was clean and neat and on time. He did EXCELLENT work.
I was going to have him also install some wood trim pieces to complete the job.  He suggested a place were I could get some ceramic tiles that would work better than the wood pieces.  They were very reasonable and look so much better than the trim we had planned on using.  I  had not gotten a few of the end pieces that were needed. He purchased them and installed them the next day.  He did excellent work and we are thrilled with the completed job.

Paul was great about meeting me at the tile store to discuss different options for my kitchen backsplash, and was vital in helping me remodel the tile needs of my rental property while maintaining a strict remodel budget.

This was a very pleasant experience from start to finish.  It was originally going to just be new tile around the tub but after seeing how affordable his prices were we decided to go ahead and turn the tub area into a full stand up shower.  The work was so beautiful and the quality was amazing.  Not many shower installers put the extra water barrier on top of the shower pan like tulsa ceramics does.  Paul explained to me that this was to cut down on the mold and mildew in the grout.  I was very impressed with the professionalism and can do attitude of the entire crew.

I was selling my house and the shower needed repaired to prepare for the sale. I was given their name through an acquaintance and was told they did great work. The owner came out and gave me an estimate, he had just got off his shift at the fire station and was still wearing his work uniform. He was very friendly and courteous. They were able to start my job quickly and the repair took less then a week to complete. They were very clean, courteous, and professional. It was a very pleasant experience over all. I have highly recommend them to anyone who has asks me about having any shower repair or tile work done.
