"At TrueBlue we work very hard to satisfy all of our customers. Mr. [Member Name Removed] did not make us aware that he was having any issues with his system, he called his "regular guy" and had him make the repairs that he deemed neccassary. He then wrote his review about our company. After reading his review and gathering information, before I could contact him, he contacted us. Approximately three days after the review. Mr [Member Name Removed] explained to me that he had now contacted a third company, who had informed him that his "regular guy" did not correctly diagnose the system. A line had rubbed somewhere in the system and over time caused a leak to form. Which makes sense and disproves the accusation that TrueBlue " left a plug loose". During our conversation, Mr [Member Name Removed] made clear to me that he felt that we should be responsible for all of the charges incurred. And at minimum, he wanted all of his money to be refunded. He informed me that if we refunded all of his money, then he would take down the negative review. I did not agree to refund his money, because as a company, we did nothing wrong. Our records show that we were out there on a Saturday, not Friday , and we were there from 7:30-8:30 at night. Our "deluxe model" capacitor is one that can replace many others and we carry it for emergencys just like this one. We carry it along with many other model specific capacitors. We waived our service call and let him purchase an annual maintenance plan, which we tried to follow up with the next week to clean the unit. We did all that we could for Mr [Member Name Removed] and this was our first time servicing his home. I find it interesting that he did not try to hold his "regular guy" accountable, like he did us, for the rubbed line. Mr [Member Name Removed]'s system was approximately 15 years old and his "regular guy" had worked on it for the 5 preceding years, according to Mr [Member Name Removed] during our discussion. In my opinion, this is a situation where a certain type of individual, is trying to leverage a negative review against a reputable company, to try and help pay for there own personal misfortune. We will be refunding the cost of the annual maintenance plan, because we would prefer not to business with Mr [Member Name Removed]. You can find many other positive reviews about our company on google, better business bureau and many other public sites. Thank you for taking the time to read our explanation!"
