"This review and every single comment made within are false, slanderous, and totally without merit! [Member Name Removed] is not even the person that hired my company, he's the guy that pulled a gun on me the very 1st day we meet, looking back I should have ran away then! The customer was[Member Name Removed],[Member Name Removed] girlfriend and they both lied constantly to me and my crew concerning every aspect of the project! I have documentation, picture, and video proof of every single step in the process of this project and at no time did we EVER provide inferior service or unethical workmanship! We were forced to work at night because during the day there were atleast 6 other contractor's working on the property in the area's we needed to be in. When I explained this issue with both [Member Name Removed] and [Member Name Removed] there response was, "Deal with it! ". I attempted several times during the project to remedy these problems, however there trusted handyman Brandon failed to communicate constantly! The truth is they were attempting to pack 3 to 6 months of renovation on a flip into 3 weeks, it ended up taking them 3 months and my company was the fall guy for the mortgage payments she had to make. I am currently processing a Lien on the property and litigation for non-payment. These comments are untrue and therefore considered Slander, litigation will follow my rebuttal of this review. We are a 3rd generation painting company that will fight vigilantly to uphold our good name in this community. We are your neighbors! [Member Name Removed] are both from out of town and they only come to Tulsa every so often to flip a property and make some quick cash before there next cruise or vacation, that can be proven as well. Thriftypainting.com is and will always provide quality skilled tradesmanship to the Tulsa area until the day I die! Thank you for your time."

"First and foremost I need my potential customers to understand that I have a constant Dedication to satisfaction, reliable work ethic, and complete unbiased professionalism. Absolutely none of the different occurrences described by (deleted member name) were ever a reality. I attempted on several occasions to satisfy her with the current project she had contracted me to complete. Even though she was one of the most difficult customers I've ever had I still treated her with complete respect. The one thing that was unorthodox about her project was that she wanted to change three different Aspects of the job including paint color, designated painting areas, and wanted to offer me the old appliances in exchange for a discount from the invoice. When it was all said and done she never paid a dime for anything and I never attempted to seek compensation legally."
