Installer was very professional and experienced. He was methodical and gave great attention to detail. Replaced windows in another house 2 years ago with another company and this installation and windows were on the same level in quality.
The windows are the same as others sold for twice the price. I could not ask for better work and am still astounded by the price. Wasn't going to do all nine, but price made the difference. I can highly recommend this company!
Keith, the sales manager came out to give us the bid. He was on time, very professional, answered all of our questions and pointed out a couple of things we had not thought of. A couple of the other companies refused to even leave a formal bid, they wanted the contract signed right then! After considering all of the bids we decided to go with The Window Source and called Keith to let him know.
He called us back about a week later to set up a date for the install which was scheduled to take two days.
The installers arrived about 8 am, introduced themselves and asked if we had any questions or concerns before they started. They also told us anytime we had a question to please ask. One thing that surprised us was that they told us that they thought they could have the job finished in one day even with the known repairs that they would need to make since they had two more installers on the way.
The entire process went smoothly and you could tell these guys knew what they were doing and worked well together as a team.
They cleaned everything up before they left, made sure to show my wife and me how to operate the windows and doors, and asked if we had any questions for them. A little after 5 pm we had our home back.
If I ever need replacement windows in another house I know who I will be calling for the job.
