 + -1 moreThe salesperson put me in contact with an interior decorator which took over the project. Some people might like that intrusion but I was not keen on the over bearing attitude. I felt like the marble was too high and the installer they recommended was not professional and would not return to correct some issues on installation.
Description of Work: Bathroom and master bedroom marble floors installed

Description of Work: They ordered the wrong tile for my bathrooms and I had to choose another one (which I didn't like as well) or wait 2 weeks. The contractor they recommended did not do a good job, sloppy work, left messes, some of the tiles are uneven, they put tools on my white dining room chairs...did not finish the trim in the doorways....very unhappy. The Tile Shop said they would contact the contractor and make things right...never heard a word from either on.
