We have been involved in 16 house transactions in three different states over the past 15 years.  By far, David is the best individual we have interacted with in all of those transactions, to include other realtors, buyers, sellers, inspectors, lenders, attorneys, title agents, etc.
We have two children (8 and 6 yrs old), and were very specific about our housing needs.  We took David's tour and spent more days looking at houses with him than I can count.  Generally, those experiences can be tiring, uncomfortable, and frustrating.  Not so with David!  Our children loved the experience, and we truly enjoyed working with David in every aspect of the transaction.  He always answered the phone or responded quickly; was over-the-top polite/friendly/accommodating; extremely knowledgeable; and ultimately got us in a terrific home for a great value.
We would absolutely use David again, and I highly recommend David to anyone involved in buying or selling a home.

He probably showed us over 50 homes, he was patient, he showed us the local area and local restaurants, he gave us a lot of history of the area, and he was here through all of the processes.  He was always present when we needed him.  We found and purchased a home in a short period of time so he basically cancelled his life so he could work with us for four days straight.  He was flexible to work with our schedule.  He has great technology and a very comfortable vehicle.  He was in-tune with what we needed like stopping for a drink or for meals.  He took us to places near the homes we were looking at so we would feel more connected with the neighborhood.  When we first met with him he gave us a half day tour of Tulsa; we drove past restaurants and museums and he told us about the history of the area.  It was a very positive experience and we have continued to stay in contact since the sale.  I would absolutely use him again.

We must have looked at over 50 homes in a 4 day period and David was very patient and never wanted us to settle for less than we wanted. He also showed up restaurants and other attractions in different neighborhoods that would appeal to out interests. Our home purchase was with a For Sale By Owner and they were quite a handful. David had to effectively manage both sides of the transaction and was ever so patient and very much on our side. After the purchase he has remained a ally. He has referred us to other companies that we might need and has kept in touch with occasional e-mails regarding festivals and celebrations going on in the Tulsa area. We have since referred to him to two other clients, a home sale and a purchase. His integrity is one of his best attributes.
