The trainer, who I don't want to mention by name, was awful. I know PT is painful, but she completely disregarded my pain threshold and went beyond it. I shattered my kneecap and had surgery to put everything back together. On the third day of PT, I overheard the trainer making bets with another trainer on who's patient was going to bend their knee to 120 degrees. I was nowhere near ready for my knee to be pushed back that far. Luckily I have so much scar tissue, she could only get it to 90 degrees and not damage my knee. The entire 3 visits I was there I felt like it was a competition between trainers on who's patient progresses the most. It was not individualized to the patients needs and limits. I have since found a much better facility to go to. When I told them what happened at this place they told me I was very lucky the trainer didn't do any damage to my knee. I should also mention that I am 32 and young. I can't imagine the pain the are inflicting on their older clientele.

The person who worked me did a great job. Scott just really knew what he was doing and I felt that he did a great job rehabilitating my knee.

It’s pretty clean and not too crowded. They have lots of equipment to work out. The biggest thing as to why we chose them is the location since it’s easy to get to. Everyone over there is pleasant. We haven’t used an actual personal trainer. I think they have tanning beds and sauna. There is no pool. They do offer fitness classes and Zumba. I would recommend them to others. We have a two year contract with them.
