Great service and advice.  Plenty of staff to help when requested.  Staff is very familiar with stock and location of most items.  Turnover is rapid, for many reasons - the quality of the goods, the knowledge of staff and the warm acknowledgement of your presence in the shop.Only fine (higher end) items accepted for consignment, yet kind recommendations provided when furniture brought by for consignment is not of acceptable quality for this shop.  I have heard the owner politely make recommendations for other furniture consignment shops that she believes will treat people fairly.  The most honest and fair consignment shop I have ever been to, and to which I have brought many items.  Your consigned items list is provided to you at the time items are left at the shop, with a clear explanation of the contract.  The owner does the "right thing" by customers, whether or not she makes money.  Honesty and integrity are key to these business owners.  They do everything possible to make things "right" with their clientele.
