The French Bouquet

Ms. Foy wanted to charge $250.00 for delivering the flowers to my venue which compared to other florists in the area is excessive.  Toni's Flowers charged me nothing three months earlier to deliver to a venue.  My main complaint were the flowers were of poor quality and size and had begun turning black on the edges the day of the event.  Ms. Foy used maple leaves as a filler for 16 of the arrangements which I suspect was a free source from her yard.  We had agreed  to roses, hydrangeas, dusty miller, sedums, rannuculus and lisianthus and that they were to be packed into the containers which I provided.  The only item packed in was the maple leaves.   She works out of her home and I feel she doesn't have coolers necessary to keep items fresh.  Our arrangements were sitting in her house and had been overnight which I know because she sent a picture of them the night before I was to pick them up.
