After adjusting all the heads and fixing some, the gentleman that came out felt that we were overwatering.

It went well. A sprinkler was accidentally broken, but of course they fixed it at no charge.

The last time they were out they cut an electrical cord.  They told me that they would come back to fix this cord.  I did not hear form them for 2 weeks.  I ended up calling an electrician to get this fixed.  I did call this company back and told them what the bill was and asked them to deduct the cost of the electrical bill from my landscaping bill.  I am still awaiting my landscaping bill as of right now.

This service started off in spring very well. Did clean up/ mowing/mulching/ trimming of bushes. They were prompt, taking care to see if I was satisfied. They were to mow every week, weed eat and blow grass off drive and porch. This first month and half or so was fine.

 

I could certainly understand not mowing when we had all the rain. But I had to contact them and sort of pester them to come back. Many messages were exchanged. i reminded them several times about not getting my bill for June.  Last weekend I messaged them to ask why I had not seen them the week before. Took a while, but they finally replied and said they had me down for every 2 weeks. I said the agreement was for every Wednesday, but if no rain and lawn doesn't grow, then every 2 weeks would be ok.

 They showed up last Thursday and when I came home the front yard was ok. but the back yard had deep  uneven gouges where I guess the riding mower was turned too sharply. And there were strips of lawn where they hadn't mowed properly. The back yard around the fence not weeded at all. Certainly not what I was used to. After expressing my distress and concern did not hear from them for days and i finally went with another service.

I finally did get a bill, of course, which i paid. But will not use them again.

They did a great job. Worked very hard and did wonderful work. Very pleased will use them again.

Actually, it was a pretty easy process to work with these guys.  Antonio came out and we talked about the work needing to be done.  I had already paid for the big deal, so we scheduled the day.  There was a bit of a mix up regarding the time the guys would show up, but they came out that afternoon and did everything I asked them to do.  I will likely use them again.

I had a bad experience with prior lawn company so was wary but the Best Garden Inc did exactly what I asked for the first time. It all looks great. They weeded and trimmed all of my landscaping and cut/edged the yard.

They only mowed and left.  Then I called the and asked why they only mowed.  I was told the worked didnt understand what he was suppose to do and they could come right back.  They never came so, I called the next morning and was told they should be their shortly.  They came back and did all the work BUT pick up the leaves.  Well, about a week later I get a bill for the job and this is what it says.  remove branches, pull weeds, clean up flower beds, mow and trimming bush.  I only asked for them to mow with grass pick up, trim bush and pick up leaves on side of house.  I am not sure what I got billed for the other and why they added in branches when there was only 1.  Then, about a week later they came back and mowed.  I never asked them to do service on my house or anything.  Seems like they are trying to move the horse in front of the wagon and charge me.  I will never use them again.   I will be sending them a check for what they agree on doing from Angie's list communication not the other.   

The job was done in a timely fashion. The mowing was okay, but did not mow in the beds I am letting go back to grass. Also, the person left open my back gate. I have a dog and he got out. Although this has happened with other providers, hopefully won;t happen again,.

We had our trees trimmed this Spring by The Best Garden, Inc. They have done a great job in the past mowing our yard, so we wanted them to do our trees. They were great- came 2 times to finish the job. Always polite and a good job in the clean-up process also. We had 3 trees done, and thought the price was VERY fair. Want them to continue doing our trees!!!
