The estimate started at $270.00 and now it has went up to$380.00. They have had it for over 2 weeks and keep giving me the run around as to why mine is not fixed.

I called their number to set up an appointment. I can only guess that the receptionist must be the owner's wife, because no employee that doesn't feel entitled to their job with ever be so rude with a customer.They picked up the TV. I called three weeks later (on a Thursday) after not hearing anything from them. They said their repair guy just had an accident. I call back monday. They don't know the status of the TV and the work ticket is blank. They tell me to call back the next day, which I did. They said they were done. When asked what they did, he said they did a board level repair. I reminded them that they told me that Sony doesn't provide boards to swap out. He spent some time, came back and said ''we replaced an IC''.Where?''On the main board.'' Pretty vague. I had the feeling he wasn't telling the truth, but didn't pin him on it. The next day, the television was returned and their delivery people even hooked back up the cables. Rude receptionist, long wait.

"We are sorry for the bad experience at that time we were in the middle of moving to a new shop and had temp employees that were not our regular workers because of moving. We hope you give us another chance in the future."
