"Mr. [Member Name Removed], we are so glad that you're pleased with our service. We appreciate you as our customer very much! - T-Town Roofing"
Due to hail damage I had a contract with T-T Roofing to replace and repair the roof to our residence in Sand Springs. That invoice was paid in full on 6/11/2015 in the amount of $9,219.95. At the time of paying the statement and subsequently ending the business relationship with T ?Town roofing, their representative mentioned replacing the gutters on the house. He and I walked around the house as he explained the damage we couldn?t see from the ground. He asked if I would be willing to allow them to contact my insurance company, AAA, for a supplement to replace the guttering, as well as adding an addendum add guttering along a two foot section alongside our back deck. I told him sure, as long as I?m not out of pocket (excluding the addendum) the roof replacement is paid in-full. He stated we were ?square? said they would be in touch about the gutters..
Approximately 18 weeks later (9/28/2015) I received a in the mail from T-Town roofing in the amount of $2,867.13. I called the name on the invoice, Krystal Hanks @ 918-813-0990, who stated they should not have billed me for anything as there was no balance on the roof replacement. She stated if the supplement from the insurance company was approved they would be in touch to schedule the gutter replacement.
Three months later, on the morning of 12/16/2015, I received a voice mail on my cell phone from T-Town roofing stating they needed to pick up my outstanding balance, now listed as $2,300, as well as the $75 addendum which was due. I returned their call and spoke to Chelsea and let her know that no work or contact had been made or performed by T-Town roofing and I wasn?t in the habit of paying for something I haven?t received. I also communicated to her that this was the second time I had been contacted by T-Town Roofing about past due bills that didn?t exist. After sharing there was nothing she could do I requested she have her manager contact me.
Later that same afternoon I received a call from Krystal Hanks who reiterated that I owned money that was past due. After explaining we had had the same conversation three months prior she told me, twice, that I didn?t understand how the business works and that I am now accountable to pay T-Town any addition funds my insurance company sends me. After getting off the phone with her, she sent me an email around 5PM that evening informing me balance was now $730.91 and if I didn't pay in in two days she would contact her attorneys and put a lien on my property.
I opened a case with the Better Business Bureau and believe T-Town Roofing is incompetent at best and dishonest at worst.
