I had them come out once a week. They did mowing and edging. They did shoot a rock through my window, but they replaced it, free of charge. Their prices were competitive.

What a terrible company.  Do not ever do business with this company.  Please refer to OSCN.net to see how they treat their customers.  We asked them to quote the service in our yard in January.  They scheduled and then didn't show up three times. The third time the owner himself came to spray our yard.  It was supposed to be No Charge because they had failed to show the previous two times.  We contracted for six treatments.  They came twice, after the first No Charge treatment.  We had to call to ask for an invoice.  We paid for the second treatment.  They were supposed to call ahead of time to notify us of the day they were to arrive so that we could lock the dogs inside the house and turn off the sprinkler system.  We never received a phone call and never isolated our dogs from the yard or changed our sprinkler system.  We never heard from them again until they sued us in June for a treatment that they supposedly did in March.  There was no phone call, nothing left at our house to indicate that they treated our lawn and no invoice.  They just sued us for one service that we can't prove they even did.  Please check OSCN.net to verify the hundreds of lawsuits they filed against their clients just like us.  We will never use this company again.  Rachel, who answers the phone, is very rude.  This company is truly a deceitful, dishonest company.  We immediately changed to TruGreen and have had wonderful service at a fair price for the last two years.

Large crew (4 or 5 workers) in matching uniforms were very punctual and efficient.  I had expected occasional trimming of hedges and rose bushes.  I called to inquire about this and  was told that somebody would call and discuss this with me.   I didn't receive a call.  I made arrrangements with another lawn service to take over the job.  I called Superior Lawn at least 3 times to cancel my service but could only leave voice messages including a request that I be called.   Superior Lawn kept mowing my lawn weekly even though I was paying another crew at the same time. Finally after 5 weeks I was able to speak with a receptionist at Superior who was very apologetic and said that she had been out the office because of illness.  She assured me that I wouldn't be charged for the 5 weeks.  Superior came by the next day and mowed my lawn again.  I had asked to have the owner contact me to discuss the matter but I never received a call.   I kept getting monthly statements for $300.  The last statement included a note from the owner threatening to place a lean on my home if I didn't pay.   I promptly  paid to avoid the risk of my credit score being affected and the hassel of going to small claims court.

We have used Superior Lawn for maintenance of our yard since 2002.  When we moved to our current house in 2008, the yard was in horrible shape and had been neglected all winter and spring.  Superior Lawn began treating the yard and soon we were rid of the major weeds and the grass was looker greener.  The lawn starting to grow in more fully and looked very lush over time.  Slowly but surely, the weed growth has slowed and now our yard stays mostly weed free year round.

They do the whole lawn in about 30 minutes. They do a great job. I give them a B in billing though.

Superior Lawn has treated my lawn for 10 years while I have lived in two different homes.  They have always done an excellent job and will leave instructions on how I can maximize the effectiveness of the treatments by timing the watering of my yard correctly as an example.  In my current house, I planted fescue in my back yard in the past year.  I have been very pleased that the service continues to provide me with a lawn that is green and beautiful and free of weeds even though fescue and bermuda require slightly different treatments during the same seasons.  I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a weed control & fertilization company to start treatments on their lawn.

He said he would arrive with a crew of 3 people and estimated a 2 hour job. Instead he arrived with 4 people and stayed for 6 hours. He charged me accordingly which was a higher price than anticipated. I made several attempts to speak with him about the price. I couldn't get past the office manager so I advised her I was willing to negotiate a fair price but he never returned my call. I argued the end price and he within a single week filed a small claims suit against me instead. I consulted with an attorney that found I wasn't the first instance of such filings. In fact, Superior Lawn Maintenance has filed 51 similar claims in one single month. I feel the ethics of this man are very negative and he clearly has taken advantage of the situation. I'm 68 years old and have hired service providers for many years. I'm not an unreasonable man and know how to negotiate services. This man was extremely unreasonable and I know I'm not alone in my thinking.

They do the job well. They call us ahead of time and ask us to unlock the gate. They are polite people.

Very professional. Dusty actually calls the night before to let us know they are coming so we take the lock out of our gate to the backyard. Would recommend to everyone needing this service; you won't be disappointed. He's been doing our lawn going on four years now; it's ongoing, and we will use his service at our next house when we move.

We have a large yard and even though we do think this is overpriced, the workers are very professional, they come every week and have been deterred a bit by rain, but do make up for it. Dusty, the owner is very vigilant and frequently checks on the work and sometimes is helping out, himself. I would strongly recommend, if money is not a huge issue.

We are very happy with the service we get from them. They usually send out about four guys to get my yard done. They have always shown up on time and work hard while they are here. There is a lot of work to be done as I have quite a few trees in my yard and they always make sure everything looks good before they leave. We just love their service. I am really not to sure of what they charge but I do know that it is reasonable.

THESE PEOPLE ARE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND ARE QUITE RELIABLE AS WELL. THEY ALWAYS DO WHAT I ASK THEM TO DO, AND THEY DO AN EXTREMELY GOOD JOB. I REALLY LIKE THE WORK THAT THEY DO.
