We just got new windows . Rick was great to work with , kept us informed of the progress. Ty was awesome !! He was very thorough and attentive in every step from removing old windows to putting in the new ones and cleaned up behind each step of the job .

Very professional , productive , cleaned up after finishing job , showed up as soon as windows were delivered to them , they did 11 windows , and 1 door with storm , Rick dean and team Ty , Tyler , Dustin did a satisfactory job , they even rechecked windows with a clean sheen

We had our doublewide remodeled back in April 2024 ,we went with Rick Dean â s superior home improvements .The reason Iâ m just now doing the review is we wanted to wait & see how our new windows & the siding held up thru the Hot summer days & I mean days of 100 degrees or more .We now can say that the windows definitely kept out the hottest heat & I could actually put my hand upon the pane & it wasnâ t hot like our old ones & the insulation on the siding also proved to help keep our home cooler . There were times we left our home this summer for days & turned the thermostat to 79 but upon our return the house wasnâ t Miserable from the heat but actually pleasant which was a huge difference from before . We still however are waiting for the siding crew to return & finish up due to our brick layer wasnâ t completed on his part & so Shawn & guys said theyâ d be back to finish up after brick layer was finished , He did call the other day to say heâ s coming down this weekend to finish but it was a no show . We were so disappointed cause we arenâ t able to finish our front deck or put in our back porch till they can complete & Iâ ll keep you all updated on that part of this review. ð

Three windows professionally replaced.

They did a very good job of replacing three windows and returned expeditiously to fix a minor issue.

They were excellent at being on time and doing a great job with the project. They were professional and very easy to work with!! They expected one thing with the repair but there was a little more damage and they completely fixed it in a timely manner with no â additionalâ charge. I have a amazing warranty with the company and a beautiful result on my chimney!

We met Rick Dean of Superior Home Improvements at the local state fair. He had a great display for his products. We had been talking about replacing the windows in our home for years. Both Rick and we were in the right place at the right time! We invited Rick to give his product presentation at our home. He measured our windows and provided a very reasonable quote for complete replacement of our old aluminum frame windows with insulated double pane windows. Our old windows had cracked glass and leaked in cold air in winter and radiated heat in the summer. We were so excited at the prospect of getting new windows! We had to wait a couple of weeks for the install to begin due to the holidays. The installer, Ty, and his crew were very professional. Ty went above and beyond making sure our windows were level in their very not level openings. He even reset a window after checking his work and finding it was not set correctly. After installing the new windows, he came back the next week to put up new trim around them. They are beautiful windows! Overall, the experience with Rick and Ty was wonderful. Both were very professional. The windows themselves are amazing! They are manufactured by Polaris Windows and Doors. The windows are beautiful to look at and beautiful to look through. They open and close easily. They tilt in for cleaning. But most importantly, they donâ t radiate heat in the summer and they keep the cold out during winter!! We love the windows and are super happy with the great service we received from Rick and his team!
