Wound up getting a service contract with them.  I think it's been about four years now, and they have been very good as far as providing service, and their people are courteous and knowledgeable, and we've had no problem.  We'd give them an A-plus.  I think what they normally charge just for the tune-up itself is like $69, but we've got a service contract with them.

It turned out very well. I found them thru a friends recommendation. They are very good. They've installed 2 units - I have 3- and they replaced 2 of them and every year they come out and service them. They service my furnaces. I see them probably 4 times a year. Their price is probably average in the market. Their price isn't high but it isn't really low either. They're probably average price. What makes them really good is their level of service. They're efficient and friendly and they explain what they're doing. They show you your broken part if you have one. They're just very good in the service aspect. They usually get back to you within half a day if you call and leave a message. Punctuality is very good.

I ordered this maintenance package in March. They quickly called after receiving my order and made an appointment for a tech to come out on March 29. They They were on time when they arrived. That's pretty much all I can say that's good about this company. I can’t remember the name of the technician but he talked about HerbaLife or health shakes or something that he and his wife sell. I have two units and I requested he perform this service on my upstairs unit, since it didn't seem to be cooling. He went to look at my unit, advised me that my system had frozen up at some point and this freezing caused damage to the evaporator coil that was irreparable. He said that there was no point to putting any Freon in the upstairs unit, as it would all escape/leak out as fast as he added it in and damage the environment. He said the only thing that could be done at this point would be to buy a new unit for the upstairs. He put together a quote for a compressor/evaporator ($4000+ depending on what size/efficiency we wanted). I asked if he would do the original $88 maintenance package on my downstairs unit instead. He said that if we decided to buy our new system from his company, they would perform that maintenance package on my downstairs unit when they came to install the new upstairs unit. Fast Forward several weeks... it's starting to get warm upstairs. Since we’re now thinking this is not a maintenance issue, we put in a call to our home warranty company. Their tech comes out in April, inspects our upstairs system and does not see any "irreparable damage" - instead, he tells us that "the Teflon ring on the king valve" is leaking needed to be replaced. He replaced the part in question, refilled the system with Freon, and was on his way in about 45 minutes. We ended up paying our Home Warranty co-pay of $75 plus the cost of Freon that went above and beyond the amount our home warranty would cover ($325). On one hand, ultimately, the system did need a repair, and maybe the guy Superior sent wasn't trained to know how to recognize this particular problem, however to lie and say he saw "irreparable damage" that didn’t exist, and quote us a new system, as well as refusing to honor the maintenance package I'd purchased by applying it to my other unit makes for a very unhappy "customer". I have waited as long as possible to complete this review - until the emails from Angie's List asking for a review of Superior said "FINAL NOTICE" - because I didn't want to unfairly give them a bad rating if the second company's repair was just a Band-Aid solution that would lead to me still needing a whole new system a couple weeks later. It's been 2 full months of Oklahoma summer and the upstairs system is still performing as well as it did the day it was repaired by the other company. TLDR: Shame on you, Superior. At best, you sent an untrained technician to my home who gave me bad information. At worst, you train your employees to pretend that entire systems must be replaced for thousands of dollars rather than performing the maintenance package purchased. As someone who paid $88 FOR NOTHING (other than unnecessary stress) I don't care which option is true. I hope this review will save others who have been told by Superior that they need a new system: GET A SECOND OPINION! DO NOT TRUST SUPERIOR WITH YOUR MONEY OR YOUR HOME!

I was really impressed to work with a woman technician!  I am sorry that I forgot her name but she translated HVAC terms into something that I could understand when asking about one of our units.  Would definitely use them again next year.  We need more women in HVAC!

I have used several heating and air companies in the past and this one is by far the best. Two young men, Phillip and Judge, showed up promptly and with a courtesy call to let me know exactly when they would arrive. They were very professional and even wore shoe covers in my home. They quickly diagnosed the problems with the system (problems other companies had been putting bandaids on without informing me of the real problems) and gave me options for how to fix them. They were very considerate of my finances and thoroughly talked through different pricing options and pros and cons to multiple options. For this visit, I opted to do the minimum work necessary to tide us over and the workers were understanding of this and made my money stretch as well as it could for now. They offered to call and check in with me to further discuss options at a later time and gave me financing information. Upon first meeting these guys, I thought they were too young to really know what they were doing and I was proven very wrong. I'm more impressed with them than other companies and other workers twice their age.

Summary: The service and technician were great, the office responsiveness - not so much. Our AC quit blowing cold air. I could hear it kick on, but it just wasn't cooling the house down. I knew the AC hadn't been serviced for at least two years, so I searched Angie's List for a reputable company hoping that the issue was just a standard maintenance problem. The service tech (Jared) was fantastic. He called to let us know he was on his way, showed up on time, was polite, was professional, explained what he was doing, answered any questions I had, and got our AC blowing cold again. I really can't say enough about how pleasant the experience was. Like any good homeowner, I did plenty of research beforehand to see what the possible problem could be. And everything Jared did and said was right in line with the research I had done. So I felt like he was being honest with me, which I really appreciated. The only downside to working with Superior Service was trying to get the appointment scheduled. I purchased an offer from Angie's List on Thursday (at 5:00 am). I assumed I would hear back from them Thursday. I didn't. No problem. I shouldn't have assumed, so I emailed them again on Friday. Still nothing. I called Saturday morning (they advertise 24/7 service) and got their voicemail. Now keep in mind that I'm only calling to try to get an appointment scheduled. I didn't expect them to come out the same day I purchased their service. At that point, I was ready to call someone else so my wife tried calling them again. She went to voicemail as well but said that we were going to call someone else out if we didn't hear back. Within 2 minutes we got a call back. Thankfully they were able to schedule us for the next day (Sunday). Overall, I was extremely happy with the service just not the office staff. And I will use them again.

This was an $88 big deal purchase. I am not satisfied because he did not do the tune up because he said something else wasn't working, like I needed $1,900 worth of work. One of the young men that helped me get everything set up told me he was going to send out a $50 rebate for something and that didn't happen. We verified 50 and he ended up sending something for $15. After I got the $50 rebate I was going to call them back out to work on my second unit, because I have two units. To get a better grade from me they could adjust the $88. If the unit was broken then they couldn't perform the service, you know? What was I paying for? I only saw one worker and he was okay. I would tell a friend not to use them.

Jarred came out and check everything out and there was nothing really wrong with the unit. It came right back on and he just did a regular service call and it costs me next to nothing. I am very pleased as he could have taken advantage and told me to replace the whole unit right away. I will definitely use Superior as my regular service company. And yes, I will have to one day replace the unit, but I have a little time to save up for it.

We had a great experience with Superior service. Our home being almost 100 years old presented some unexpectrd challenges. Each was met with complete professionalism. The job morphed into something a bit different than we had all expected (due to circumstances beyond anyone's control), and in the end we are completely satisfied! All of the men that worked on this job were very nice, totally accommodating, and knowledgeable. Josh made some changes to our air intake flow, which has enabled the unit to cool more effectively and evenly. I would reccommend Superior Service to anyone looking for honest and thorough technicians.

I'm new to this area and was a little nervous about establishing a relationship with a new heating/air company so I selected a local provider from Angie's List and it was a great success.  The technicians were prompt and courteous. They thoroughly checked out my system to ensure it was running properly.  I was informed about a part that may need to be replaced in the future but they did did not pressure me to replace it right then. It was a great experience and I plan to purchase a maintenance plan through this company and use them for my future service needs.
