the tech immediately recognized the problem. they did not have to parts in stock, so that took a bit longer than anticipated for them to get the parts. once they had them, the tech tested and found that there was a bit more work that needed to be done. the additional work was included in the initial quote which i had already paid. once the tech was satisfied with the results, i was notified. the whole thing took about 3 weeks.
