After having my Honda lawnmower serviced by another Tulsa Company with the same problem recurring 8 times, I decided to return to Smith Farm and Garden where in the past I have purchased other pieces of lawn and garden power equipment. Bryan in Service was extremely helpful and upfront with his opinion of the problem. Once the technician started to work on the mower it was determined that the repairs would be just shy of the cost of a new mower. The Sales staff was extremely helpful with my new purchase. In retrospect, I should have used Smith Farm and Garden much sooner for the Honda mower repairs.

I actually do all my own but they are very helpful. I collect chain saws so I am always running there to get parts. I spend between $20-$100. They are very knowledgeable and they typically have all my parts in stock. They are wonderful. If they don't know they can pull the schematic up on the computer and I can tell them what I need.

I took my lawnmower in as when I tried to do a leaf clean up at the end of the season it would not start. I had bought this Honda at Smith Farm and Garden around 7 years ago. When I got to the service desk, the guy told me they had a 400 mower back log and it would probably be 4 weeks before they could look at it. I thought, well maybe I should just buy a new one. So I went into the showroom and looked at the new one which would have been $699. The salesman came up to me to ask if he could help and I told him my story and I asked how long should my Honda last, it was 7 years old. He said he was working on them that were 15 years old. I asked, should I get a new one. When I explained what it was doing he thought just a new filter and spark plug would work and I really didn't need a new lawn mower yet. So he sold me the filter and plug, I went home and my lawnmower started. What great advice and when I am ready to buy a mower it will be at Smith Farm and Garden. I wish I knew the salesmans name, he did me a great service and helped me get the most out of my purchase there.

Wonderful and positive experience. Returned the old parts without being asked. Very reasonably priced. Just relocated to Tulsa and used to paying more for less service. Store hours are sufficient. Knowledgable staff, professional. I will shop there again and will always use them for service. Our former hardware store had the free popcorn; Smith's does too. How fun! Mower runs better than it has in several years. We love to shop locally and are thrilled to have found Smith's.
