My wife and I had lived in the area of 31st and 129th in Tulsa for over the last 30 years.  Recently, crime was going through the roof and we did not feel safe in the neighborhood anymore.  We talked for over 6 months about selling and finding another house.  We even looked at a few houses for sale.  Around April of 2014 we finally made the decision to contact a realtor because we had no experience with this process at all.  We looked in Angie's List and found Michael and Shelly Martin and invited them to our house.  When Michael showed up I explained to him that we were really scared to death and did not want to ever feel like an 'after thought' or not given his full attention.  Immediately, Michael made us feel much better about the process and told us what we needed to do to sell our current house.  We made the repairs/improvements he suggested and our house literally sold within two weeks after getting it done.  It was amazing.  We had also looked for a new house for months prior to contacting Michael and Shelly, but they definitely pointed us in the right direction.  One week after selling our house, Michael showed us a house in Collinsville that was absolutely everything that we had talked about.  We loved it.  Now, the process of selling our house, buying the new one and moving all of our stuff.  Michael and Shelly literally held our hands and made us feel as comfortable as possible.  We never would have found our new house without Michael and Shelly.  I doubt that I will ever move again, but if I did they would be the very first call.  If you are looking for a realtor, you absolutely could never go wrong with Michael and Shelly helping you.  They are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, kind and so very helpful.  I would never recommend anyone else.

It went really well! Very professional on every level. We did not sell our home, but only because the buyer changed her mind. Could not have asked for anything more from them! Would highly recommend them to anyone who asks and have done so many times.

It took a little longer to complete the sale due to a complicated situation with the property.  I wish the communication between realtors has been a little better.  It would probably sped up the completion of the sale, but I was appreciative that it was the sale went through.

Overall, my wife and I couldn't be more pleased. From start to finish we sold our home in 6 weeks and made a good profit off of the deal. Patrick was available every time i called him and always got a quick call back if he was on the other line. Additionally he had a legal expert review all the paperwork to uncover any hidden issues or liabiliites. He even offered his truck to help us move. He was of great assistance in helping us locate a temporary residence within our budget. This guy went the extra mile and we all went to the bank with a smile on our faces. He is helping us locate land to build our dream home and scouting out some great locations. We are definitely going to have Pat handle any real estate transactions we ever need.
