It was a good experience.

I had my roof replaced by shews and was a great experience with very professional and knowledgeable employees a few years back. After a storm i had a very large oak branch land on house and when i cleared it noticed a leak coming in from kitchen ceiling. I called and talked to Brian and even though it was raining hard off and on all day he had someone out right away to fix it. They were here and gone before i knew it and spotted problem right away. The worker also looked over rest of roof where tree fell and found no additional problems. I have recommended them in past and will continue to do so in future. Anyone looking for honest and reasonable company that can handle almost any household work from window replacement to guttering and roofing can find what looking for with Shews.

The job went very well. They were on time, courteous and very professional. I was very pleased with the outcome. Yhey had to tear off and replace shingles. They also replaced some of the decking at no extra cost. A month later I asked for a deflector for the front entrance. They installed it at no cost also. I highly reccomend this conpany.

They arrived when they said they would, began work promptly, worked all day and the owners checked in on the workers during the course of the day. Everything was done as I discussed with the owners, Brian and Derek Shew. I wish I could give them an A+ rating! They were excellent.

I have a three story house, 45 degree roof. They tore it off, decked it and shingled it in record time. Rained today and there are no leaks. The workers were highly skilled and quick and very efficient. Very polite as well. Would recommend them for any roofing jobs on any house.

The contractor showed up to provide me the estimate when it was scheduled and on time. The roof was installed on the date that it was scheduled and it was completed in one day, depsite my skepticism that it would be. The crew was polite and worked diligently to complete the project. Shew's crew brought their own dumpster on the morning of the job and removed it the same day. There were so many crew people that it looked like I was having a large lawn party, but when the job was done, there was not one trace that they had been there. The landscaping was left in perfect condition, the new pipes were painted to match the roof and the crew went back and covered the flashing at dark because I wanted it covered instead of exposed. I would recommend Shew's Top Quality Roofing to anyone who wants a professional company to handle their roofing job. I am very particular, work for an insurance company, and expect the best.

It went great, the price was low, the service was quick and the roof looks great.

I was referred to Shew's by a friend who had a good experience with them.
Called them for an estimate, they came out the next day and gave me a good basic estimate for the gutter replacement. Left me a color card to select coloring (I was still in the process of having other work done on the outside of the house, so nothing else could be done at that time).
Once the work was done, I was in the process of making my color choice. Since the colors on the chips aren't always a good indication of the actual material, I called and asked for actual sample material. Joanna came out that very afternoon with actual metal chips. The one color that I thought would match the best, however, did not have a metal chip. Joanna actually went out and got an actual piece of a downspout elbow in the color I was thinking about and brought that back the same day. It looked good and confirmed my decision for that color. At that point, I got a more detailed estimate (slightly more due to needing to special order my chosen color).
After a slight glitch with scheduling the work, apparently due to thinking that there was more material on hand than there was (this was not an issue for me, and they communicated everything in a timely manner), I got a call stating that the workers would arrive in the morning of 6/1.
The workers were punctual and got started right away. The work was completed in about 4 hours or so (amusingly enough, just as a light rain started). The work was very well done, and the workers cleaned up after themselves.

Brian and Derek came by to provide an estimate to replace my roof. They said it would take one day which I wasn't too sure was possible but they arrived one morning around 8:30 and they were able to replace the roof by 5:30 that evening. They replaced necessary trim board so that they would be able to get the whole house drip edge installed properly. I was very pleased with their performance and my roof looks great. They were the cheapest quote that I was able to obtain and did an outstanding job. They had done a few of my neighbor's roofs and everyone is happy. I have them coming next week to install gutters once my painting of the house is completed.

I contacted a representative to come out and provide an estimate. The gentleman was very courteous and professional. He was willing to answer any questions and was very knowledgeable of his profession. I compared his estimate with 2 others and it was consistent with both of them. I then scheduled to have the guttering installed. The crew showed up on time and were very polite and professional. When presented with the bill, it was exactly as quoted. The representative followed up the same day to ensure the job was done to my satisfaction and inspected the work himself. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great job done at a fair price.

They told me it would be about 3 weeks. I had to fax to their office twice with the estimate I had received from them as they keep losing it. After a little over 3 weeks I called the office back about when they thought they would be out. I had to fax it again. Then a different guy came by and looked at the house and said that they couldn't put any guttering on the back of my house as there was not anyway to connect it. I told them fine but I wanted to know what it would cost then. I waited several more days for someone to contact me about the work. I called back and a couple of days later a crew showed up and put guttering up all the way around even where they said they couldn't. But they did NOT put up the leaf guard that they were suppose to put up. I had someone else climb up and check on it. I had to call a couple of times and then someone came buy and installed the leaf guard and I then paid them.

They did excellent work and they had the best price of the three people that responded. They were very respectful about being around my home and were very professional about cleaning up their mess.

Very satisfied with their service. They are somewhat slow to respond.

Very pleased with the work and the end result. I was shocked when they wanted to get started on one of the coldest days so far this winter with snow and ice still on the ground, brrr. They showed up when they said they would, worked quickly and got it done. My only minor gripe was the fact that a couple of the metal cutouts from where the downspout meets the gutters were left on the ground and could have potentially been a danger if a child or pet got a hold of the razor sharp metal scrap. I recommend a quick walk around the jobsite to keep this from being a possible hazzard. Other than that one minor item, I would highly recommend Shew's Seamless Guttering, and if I ever need gutters in the future they will be my first call.

THE ONLY PROBLEM WITH THEM WAS THAT THEY COMPLAINED ABOUT HOW WE WANTED THE WORK TO BE DONE. AFTER THAT, THEY FINISHED THE WORK THAT WE TOLD THEM TO AND DIDN'T COMPLAIN ANYMORE.
